What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times: To process your order, design your products with care and love and deliver them, the FrenchBeautyHub™ team needs a delay of 24 hours working days. Our team will do everything possible to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

The deadlines indicated cannot take into account potential delays for administrative reasons (e.g.: customs checks), strikes, pandemics or other things which are beyond the prestige collection™'s control.

Delivery times: Delivery times for the United States and Canada are estimated between 3 to 7 business days.



What should I do once I receive my order?
Once your order is delivered and received, take care to check that your package is in good condition and that it has not been damaged by transport; do this check in the presence of the delivery person to limit problems.

My bank card has been declined, what should I do?
Several checks may be necessary.
